Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Level Economics
Overview
Pearson’s modular international qualification develops analysis of markets, macroeconomic policy, firms and the global economy. The unit structure supports targeted revision and staged assessment.
Exam structure
Four externally assessed units. Units 1–2: 1 hour 45 minutes each; Units 3–4: 2 hours each. Every unit carries 80 marks and 25% of IAL.
Exam dates
The specification lists January, June and October availability. Confirm current unit dates and delivery arrangements with the exam centre.
